Employee Spotlight—Josh Sheppard, Lead Service Advisor

The Central City Toyota team knows that we are only as strong as the amazing people who work here. Each member of our team works hard to ensure that we provide the best customer service and support to each of our clients. Josh Sheppard, our Lead Service Advisor, has been part of the team for the last 6 years and represents everything we stand for here at Central City Toyota. He works hard to understand our client's needs and translate those to our service team, keeping their vehicles running their best.

Josh is a Philidelphia native, born and raised here in South Philly. His favorite local restaurant is Amina in Old City. He loves the food and the atmosphere. You might also see him at a local casino. As a semi-professional poker player, Josh spends a lot of time studying and playing poker. He also likes sports betting and video games. His favorite sports team is the Lakers, but you'll also catch him cheering for the Phillies or the Commanders.

To get to work and around the city, Josh drives a 2019 Toyota Avalon he purchased right here at Central City Toyota. His dream car, though, is a 2025 Lexus LS. One day, he hopes to visit the homeland of his ancestors—Africa, Italty, and Ireland.
